The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse

Have you ever picked up a book and felt like time itself slowed down?
This is that book.

I randomly picked up The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse thinking it was just a children's book. Honestly, I was looking for something anything to distract myself from the anxiety I was feeling. I started reading it hastily, almost rushing through the pages.
But somewhere around the fifth or sixth page... something changed.

My mind wasn't racing anymore. There was no dramatic revelation, no complicated psychology, no life-changing formula.
In fact, it's probably one of the simplest books you'll ever read. You can finish it in about 30 minutes even if you take your time admiring the beautiful illustrations.

And yet, in those simple conversations between a boy, a mole, a fox, and a horse, something quietly shifts inside you. The book never forces answers on you.
Instead, it plants gentle questions that stay with you long after you've closed it.

You could say it's about friendship. You could say each character represents a different part of ourselves. Or maybe they're simply reflections of what it means to be human.

However you choose to interpret it, this book has a quiet way of making you feel seen.
So, if you've ever had moments where you've felt lost... where your chest feels heavy, your thoughts won't stop racing, or life just feels a little too loud...
Read this book..

The Crab

She won’t be able to sustain
another heartbreak.
She grows restless and impatient,
energy escaping under pressure,
like the whistle of a cooker.

She knows this agitation
is followed by a deep silence she is afraid of.
That silence stands for strength,
for independence,
but she is tired of being independent.

That silence means there is nowhere
safe enough to break down.
She has been in that darkness before,
and she does not want to return to it.

She feels like a crab;
holding on with tight claws.
She does not know when to let go.
All her life, she has had to let go too often.
She does not want to let go this time.

She cries, cries, and cries,
and only silence remains.
